879jl FAQ — Your Questions Answered

You must be at least 21 years old to register and use 879jl. This applies to all players in the Philippines. Age is verified as part of the KYC process, and any account found to belong to someone under 21 will be closed immediately without exception.

No. Each player is only permitted to hold one 879jl account. Creating multiple accounts — even under different mobile numbers or email addresses — is a violation of the Terms and Conditions and can result in all related accounts being suspended. If you have trouble accessing your existing account, contact support rather than registering a new one.

KYC stands for Know Your Customer. It is a one-time identity verification process where you submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID — such as a passport, SSS ID, or driver's licence. KYC is required before you can process a withdrawal. It protects your account from fraud and ensures that only you can access your funds. Once verified, you do not need to repeat it.

You can update certain account details — like your email address or password — through your account settings after logging in. For changes to core registration details such as your name or mobile number, contact the 879jl support team through the platform for assistance. Some changes may require additional verification.

You can request a temporary account suspension or permanent account closure at any time by contacting the 879jl support team through the platform. This is also the recommended route if you feel your gaming habits need a break — we act on these requests promptly and without judgement. Learn more on the Responsible Gaming page.

879jl accepts deposits via Philippine local bank transfer and supported e-wallet channels. GCash and Maya are among the commonly used e-wallet options in the Philippines. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods for deposits on this platform.

In most cases, deposits reflect in your 879jl account quickly after the transaction is confirmed on your payment channel's end. Processing times can vary depending on the method used. If your deposit has not appeared after a reasonable time, contact support through the platform with your transaction reference for assistance.

Minimum deposit amounts may apply depending on the payment channel used. Specific minimums are displayed during the deposit process in your account. Always check the details shown on screen before completing a transaction.

If your payment channel has deducted the amount but your 879jl balance has not been updated, wait a short while first as some transactions take a few minutes to confirm. If the balance still has not updated after 30 minutes, take a screenshot of your payment confirmation or transaction reference and contact support through the 879jl platform. Do not attempt to make a second deposit for the same amount.

Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the channel and the time of your request. Most requests are processed within the standard business hours of the relevant payment provider. If your withdrawal has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact 879jl support through the platform with your withdrawal reference.

Common reasons for a delayed withdrawal include incomplete KYC verification, a pending account review, or a mismatch between your withdrawal channel details and your registered account name. Ensuring your KYC is fully verified and that your payment details are accurate will prevent most delays. Contact support if your request has been pending longer than expected.

Yes. KYC identity verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. This is a one-time requirement — once your account is verified with a valid Philippine government-issued ID, you will not need to repeat it. KYC protects your funds by ensuring withdrawals can only go to the verified account holder.

Withdrawals are processed back through the same channel used for deposits as a standard security measure. If you need to use a different account for withdrawal, contact support through the 879jl platform before submitting your request. Additional verification may be required for channel changes.

Yes. 879jl uses SSL encryption on all connections, whether you are on Wi-Fi or mobile data. Your login and transaction data are protected in transit. As a general practice, avoid using public Wi-Fi networks for gaming sessions — mobile data is generally a safer option when you are away from home.

Slow loading is usually due to your internet connection rather than the platform itself. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if performance improves.
